DANCE BEATZ HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURE

Dance Beatz owed by Jet Performing Arts Studios Ltd are dedicated to working alongside the companies i.e. Nurseries and Schools to ensure all Dance Beatz classes are in a safe environment. 

Dance Beatz instructors should be made aware of any health and safety procedures the nurseries and Schools have in place and this will be the responsibility of the Health and Safety manager within the building Dance Beatz are guest teachers at.

Your contract
Dance Beatz will work with the designated person (management) to arrange classes within the company. Please note we request 3 weeks’ notice if you no longer wish for Dance Beatz classes to continue. 

 Payment

Dance Beatz will invoice the company monthly for any Dance Beatz Classes that have taken place. All details of payment will be on the invoice.

Safety and Risk Assessment

A member of the in house staff must be present at all times. Dance Beatz are guest instructors and therefore we will work along the in house staff to ensure a consistent high level of safety. 

All participants take part in classes at their own risk. Whilst we take all reasonable steps to make the classes safe, our Dance Beatz instructors nor Jet Performing Arts Studios Ltd cannot accept any liability for any injury or damage suffered by any participant or any other person in a class.

It is the responsibility of the management within the venue for any medical treatment or first aid. 

Any equipment used during classes will be thoroughly cleaned before and after each class.

Dance Beatz will need a suitable space to accommodate the number of children dancing. This space should be ready for use and prepared to a safe level by the in house staff for when the Dance Beatz instructor arrives for class.

Video, Music and Photography
Dance Beatz will not take any photos or videos within our sessions. All music used will be age appropriate.

· Teachers

Whilst it is our policy that we endeavour to ensure you always have the same teacher, we cannot guarantee this as teachers fall ill, leave etc. Also, due to the extremely thorough nature of our training, we may occasionally need to have a new teacher teaching your class. They are always fully trained at this point, but need to teach a series of ‘live classes’ in order to complete their assessment process.

All Teachers have up to date DBS certificate and public liability insurance.

Venue Rules

Dance Beatz instructors are dedicated to working along the venues Health and Safety policy and will respect the venues rules and regulations.
